Muscle hurts....

I was squatting 135lbs last Monday and just as I was moving into postion I sort of twisted my right leg....
I finished my sets fine...a bit of an ache but nothing serious
Wednsday did my squats again 140 and finished my sets by since then my right leg (middle of my thigh)hurts when I put pressure on it...
Skipped squats on Friday and Yesterday...funny thing tho...sometimes when I lift my leg a certian way I hear a loud "POP" and it nearly sends me to my knees cause it hurts but after the initial pain is done my leg doesn't hurt for a couple hours...then It slowly comes back till the next pop...
Knot in my muscle? does it sound like a pull? strain?
