Well on January 7th 2013 I was too heavy *sighs* again

Lost 25lbs to get from a tight size 14 to a size 10 with diet alone. (3months, 25lbs for 2 sizes) Felt great but knew I wanted to be smaller (not necessarily weight less)

Did JM 30DS 2x to get into a size semi tight 9 (2.5 months, 8lbs for 1 size)

Been lifting for 2.5 months into a size 8 (2.5 months 5lbs for 1 size)

So definately a NSV for me to be in a size 8 (haven't seen tha size since my son was born 19.5 years ago)

It is amazing what changes happen when you do strenght training.

ps these were given to me by a friend who weights 125lbs and they are 1 size to big for her......I am at 164.5 lbs.....:drinker:
*whispers* she only does cardio

Nice!! I'm in 10/11s right now, they are the smallest I've been since becoming a Mom(6 years ago) I can't wait to get to the next size down!! That'll be awesome :)
    Congrats to you!
