I only buy grass fed beef. I don't eat as much of it as my son and husband but I like to cook veggies in the browned pan for stir fry's and quesadilla's and wraps or whatever. Weight difference between morning and night.
I have a diet bet going and I had to weigh-in today for the weekly drawing. I forgot to do it first thing this morning so I had to weigh in now after dinner. I'm going to miss beer.
This is my 2nd day and I know I have to quit drinking beer. I had two yesterday before I put them in my food diary. 290 calories, ouch. I really did enjoy them though.
