I have a diet bet going and I had to weigh-in today for the weekly drawing. I forgot to do it first thing this morning so I had to weigh in now after dinner. I was freaking shocked to see the scale say a whopping 6.5 pounds heavier than it was this morning. Is this normal? I think I might start weighing myself at different times of the day just for kicks. Or I may never step on the scale at night again ;) IDK

Yes. This is because of everything that you ate during the day. I weigh myself in the morning personally.

Thanks, it just seemed like a lot. I guess I had a pretty salty day too.

If you forgot to weigh yourself in the morning, then how do you know how much you've gained since then?

I forgot to take the picture and turn it in to dietbet. Sorry for the wording. My son has to take my picture of me on the scale and he was still asleep. I forgot to have him do it after he got up.

If you weighed yourself after you ate dinner it's the weight of all the liquid and food you just had and generally whatever you've eaten throughout the day.
