Does anyone do Walk Away the Pounds videos? If so, how do you calculate calories burned. I've been going just by how long it takes me and how many miles I walked. I have fitness questions?
How long should I work out every day? Is it normal to not sweat when you work out? What kind of strength training do you suggest? Is interval training considered cardio? Do you do cardio and strength training, or just interval training? I really want to lose weight and get in shape. So any advice would be appreciated.
