how much exercise?
I was wondering how much exercise are you supposed to do in a week. I am doing the kettleworx dvds at the moment, every other day for 30 mins, thats what the recommendations are on the dvd. I would like to do it every day but apparently you are supposed to rest your muscles in between. What are everyones thoughts on that.
