This is the workout video I'm going to be using for now.... Anybody have any way I could make a good guess of how many calories I'm burning? Or of something that is in the database that would be a good alternative to log it?

Women! I'm worried :/
Ive been on my diet for about 23 days? somewhere in that time frame... and I should have started my t.o.m. about 2 and half weeks ago... but it hasnt come... I've taken pregnancy tests and everytime it shows negative. Could the change in diet, exercise or additional stress be the cause?
