Will anyone notice??
I'm a teacher so I'll be going back to work next week for Professional Development. I've lost 22 pounds this summer. Of course I'm still 327 lbs. I feel like someone might, but I might be disappointed if no one does. I've resolved not to tell anyone until THEY notice.

Goal Weight
Just wondering..... What is your goal weight set at?? Right now, mine is set for 200. I have no idea what to set it for. I can't even imagine being lower than 200 right now. I'm 314 right now by the way an started at 350.1. I'm just hoping to see the 200's soon. I can't imagine seeing 100's. I'm 5 foot 1 inch by the way.

I never use all my calories!
When doing Paleo - even at 80% I never use all my calories. And I'm not trying to anything dumb like that. I'm just not hungry for anything else. Is this a problem? Does anyone else do this? Have results been ok? MFP keeps warning me that my body is going to go into "starvation mode."
