Hitting a wall
Not sure what's going on, but I am just not inspired by KB&T the past few days. I am having to force myself to hit play, and am taking more rest days than I typically do. I'm feeling bored with the workout. I don't know where this is coming from, though, because I'm seeing great results, and it's not like I'm busy...I'm a…

Frequency Question
How many days a week do y'all do KBT? I was going to alternate b/t it and RI30 so that I could work arms too, but I've been feeling KBT in my arms, so wondering if I should just stick to it 5 days/wk, with elliptical and zumba mixed in (and possibly just add some isolated arm movements on my own)....suggestions?

Are y'all going to continue?!?
I see this group is centered around June-July 1st, but there's not a group starting now. I've just completed RI30 and am ready to start KBT and want a group!! What are the plans for this group for the month of July?! Thanks! Z

Done!
I finished my 30 days a couple days ago, but with house hunting, haven't had time to share my results. They're not as impressive as I would have liked, BUT this 30 days included an out of town wedding, the last week of school (any teachers know this means TONS of celebrations and food), and my BFs graduation from a year…

Week 1 vs Week 2....anyone else?
Week 1 definitely feels a lot easier than week 2. There is no denying that. The plank jacks/ mtn climbers/ plan jacks/ mtn climbers circuit is almost cruel. However, I find myself sore all over from week 1, and not sore at all from week 2... :noway: Does anyone else have this experience? I thought it might be different now…

Can't believe I'm saying this
After five days....only five days.... I can actually feel and see a difference!!!! The other night, my bf noticed my arms look stronger, and week 1 isn't even that heavy on the arms!!! WOW! And I'm not a beginner, either. I lift 2-3 days a week, total body, and do cardio roughly every day. No wonder people love Jillian!!!…

Learned something new....HIIT
All this time, I've thought I was doing HIIT, and now I learn I have probably never done a true HIIT session. I learned this morning that a true HIIT session takes you from 100% of your HR (which even very fit people can withstand for typically less than a minute) to 0-20% of their HR- virtually standing still or…

Giving up the scale?!?!?
This is my first time starting a post....I looked to see if it was already a thread and didn't find one that aligned with my issue directly. I'll warn you, I tend to ramble; SORRY! Background info: I have been counting for 5 years (started when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism). Since then, I've switched from hypo to…
