Looking for a killer recipe for turkey chili. Anyone?
I know there are hundreds of recipes out there for turkey chili, but does anyone have a recipe they can boast about? Something that the whole family loves or one where you've gotten lots of compliments? I'm tired of the canned stuff, although Dennison's makes my favorite, and I'm tired of making recipes that taste ucky!

Ugh! You might want to double check and reconfirm food item details in the mfp database. Best (inexpensive) way to measure BMI?
I had my BMI calculated through a weight loss program about 15 years ago (over 36% and I weighed 20 lbs less than what I weigh now - gross, I know. Are there any reliable, INEXPENSIVE tools available out there? Yes, my health is important, but I'm also really watching the budget right now.

Quick fix for frozen entrees with mashed potatoes
Love the convenience and portion control of many frozen entrees, but the mashed potatoes are so often runny I won't eat them. Fixed this with 1 tablespoon of instant mashed added in - makes them SO much better! Okay, maybe I added in 5 calories but worth every bite!

Fat gram intake?
My aim has been to keep daily fat intake between 22-27 grams. Have done great until today when I added an ounce of walnuts as a snack. Ouch! Next time, I'll know better. What's your average goal regarding fat each day?
