Last on, first off?

I read years ago that we lose fat in the reverse order we gained it. In other words, the last fat added is the first to come off. True? Has that been your experience? I'm carrying the really "bad" fat around the abdomen which some health care providers say is the worst fat on the body, and I did note that the first 10 lbs I lost seemed to come off my waist (yippie!).

Might be true. I noticed some fat come off my back, waist, and chest, which are the places I noticed getting bigger before I started MFP recently.0
