Hi MFP folks! I'm fairly new here (day 10) and have read some great posts. One theme I'm curious about is setting smaller goals within the greater constructs of the full weight loss plan. In other words, some folks will establish several short term goals (a 10 mile overnight hike on the weekend, for example) or monthly goals to include x amount of weight loss and x amount of activity, often with a special activity built into their plan. Do you establish multiple short-term goals within your overall plan and, if so, what kind of goals do you establish that supports your overall goal of weight loss?
Thanks!

My first "goal" was to log everything i eat. Then i started doing other things. I made it a goal to make it to the gym three times a week. Nothing that you were likely hoping to hear. Just eating better and working out more often. Simple and steady. No biggie.0
