artificial sweetners make my tummy feel weird
Does anyone else get this? I can drink splenda in my coffee and that seems alright, but its only a tiny bit, but ive noticed that if i drink diet coke, or have a mullerlight, or drink my protein shake, my tummy feels all weird afterwards. Kind of like a growly hungry feeling, even if im not (or shouldnt be) hungry.
