The Tummy
I'm feeling iffy about my tummy right now. It's not huge, but its definitely flabby -- which is pretty much the main reason why I joined up to MFP so I could officially keep track of my food intake. However, I've been eating healthily since the beginning of December and I've been exercising rigorously with lots and LOTS of…

NOT LOSING
I work out 5-7 days a week, cardio. I burn 5000-7000 calories a week (about 1000 per day, usually more). I eat healthily, lots of fruits, spinach, fish. I don't eat/drink dairy, so I take calcium tablets to keep up my calcium. I eat more fish than I do chicken (I have chicken once or twice a week). I sleep 7-8 hours a…

Losing Inches
I've been pretty good about watching what I eat (Friday was a slip day sadly -- I ate badly. Saturday I ate well but did very little exercising). I've been tirelessly at it for two weeks, and I burn 6000 calories a week on average. The numbers on the scale haven't changed (ugh) but my shirts and bras are looser. What is…

I seem to be falling rather short on my calcium intake. Does anybody know of any foods that are a great…

Upsetting
I've been on MFP for an entire week now. I went to weigh myself, expecting to have lost a pound or two, but... NOTHING! I eat very healthy and I work out every day -- be it at the gym or doing P90x (and I'm still sore from it!). I burn over 800 calories a day. What am I doing wrong? It was horrifying to see that there was…

Dairy-free
I've only started on MFP yesterday but I changed my diet two months ago. I have cut most dairy out of my life -- the only dairy I do eat is cheese, and then very rarely. Not to worry, though; I get my calcium through vegetables like broccoli, spinach, carrots, fish, etc. I find that eating this way is very rewarding. I…
