How Can I Lose 20 Pounds Without Losing My Menses?
Last time I lost weight, I ended up losing my period, but now I have regained and gotten my period back for three cycles. I would like to drop this weight again but I'd like to do so without losing my menses. Should I go for a light calorie deficit (TDEE -15-20%) so I don't unbalance hormones and the weight loss is gradual?

Chronic Low Cal Dieting Recovery--Upping Calories
I was a chronic low-cal dieter for about 5 months eating 1000 calories or less a day. I tried to do a metabolic reset by just taking a whole diet break (eating far above maintenance so I could gain weight to get my period back) for about 4 weeks. Do you think my metabolism is repaired enough for me to start a cut, or…

I'm Confused On What To Do Now
On suggestion of caloriecount.com, I began eating 3000 calories (up from 1000 calories a day), but then I found this group that says to eat my TDEE (which is 2000 calories a day). I'm 5'0, 100-110 pounds (up from 95) and my stomach is unpleasantly plump now, the fat is back on my limbs, and I'm uncomfortable. I also have…

Do Carbs Really Matter?
In the end, isn't it just calories in calories out? Will counting carbs benefit me in anyway? (This just popped in my head after my family announced that it was donut time again and bought about a dozen of Krispy Kreme Krispy Skremes for Halloween--I automatically plan on eating about half that box because I know there is…

Calorie Spiking To Gradually Recover But Still Lose Weight
I'm 5'0 and currently 100 pounds. For the past summer, without realizing it, I've brought my calorie intake down to less than 700 calories a day, and I'm looking to recover my intake to at least 1200 calories a day. But I'd like to do it with as little weight gain as possible. So I've seen this thing called "calorie…
