Overate this Weekend! :/

Over the last two days (in total) I ate about 1,100 more calories than I usually do (600 more on Saturday and 500 more on Sunday. Will I be gaining weight? What should I do to make up for it

    Five days left this week, 1100 calories, drop 200 calories a day and you're back on track.

    Don't stress about it.

    Me too. It's dispiriting, but tracking it all really helps to refocus.

    I'm using this book called the Beck Diet Solution. It is really good. It teaches you to think like a thin person for life and gives detailed day by day instruction. In it, it says not to be too hard on yourself. Beck says there is no such thing as over-eating, only unplanned eating. It's about training yourself to be positive and not be too hard on yourself. You will never over-eat again, you will just occasionally have unplanned eating.
