Has anyone else noticed that your spouse hates that you are losing weight? It seems like our marriage is going downhill since I started losing weight.

Needing help asap
I just had my baby 2 weeks ago. I am nursing. Is it safe to do low carb while nursing? How do I do it while nursing? I need to make my milk fatty for my peanut but I have 73 pounds to lose. I also have my vow renewal in 8 to 10 months from now and I want to be set for it.

Exercises right after baby?
I am not cleared for exercise yet. I can't get out and walk as my kids are young and I have 6 kids. (My husband works and i dont have friends or family here.) Are there any other exercises that I can do in the house? My weight limit is "under 20 pounds" and I just had my c-section 2 weeks ago.

Needing a replacement for breakfast.
I always eat cheerios or rasin bran for breakfast. I don't cook in the mornings. (So eggs and bacon won't work for me.) Does anyone know what can take the place of my usual?

low carb and pregnant
I am trying to stay low carb and all but I'm not counting calories anymore as I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant. What guidelines should I follow? I don't have a doctor yet as it is the weekend and tomorrow I will call around. I plan on talking to my doctor as soon as I can.

My pup is dying
My fur baby is showing signs if dying. He is 17 years old and sleeps all the time, doesn't show interest in food or water. shakiness after a workout?
For some reason i shake after a workout. Does this happen to anyone else? It takes me about 20 to 30 minutes to stop. Today i even changed my calorie allowence to help stop this from happening.

Not hungry during the day?
Am i the only one who isn't really hungry during the day and at night your not really hungry but have the i wants? I will eat about 2pm and again around 6pm because of hunger then around 9 or 10pm i will want something or have crabings.

Food diary problems?
I finished my diary and after working out it tells me i am way under my calories. My caloriesnarenset at 1200 andni had only 230 left then after working out i had 600 something and it won't let me completely be done with it. What did i do wrong?

I am looking for recipes that are very low calorie but something kids would love and a redneck hubby would love. I do a lot of freezer meals but prefer the dump and go kind. I found a few on Pinterest but can't find anything else.

I have some Jillian Michaels videos that I do but don't log because I have no clue how to. The one that I do the most is called yoga inferno. It is yoga with cardio mixed in. How do you log this?

Slim Fast to start?
I've been trying to do it on my own but its not working. Tomorrow I'm starting slim fast to help get my body used to eating less and shrinking my stomach. Did anyone else try this and did it work?
