How do you log exercise videos? I mainly do Jillian Michaels videos but can't seem to log it or break them down and log it. Please help!

    HI! I found a formula for Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred that I use to log those workouts: 3.267 calories burned per pound per hour so 3.267 x your weight divided by 3 (20 minute workouts)= Calories burned

    I logged them as circuit training for 30 day shred, but I don't know the layout of her other DVDs. Are they still based on strength/cardio/abs?

    I have hard body that is strength cardio and abs like all her others but I have one that is cardio and yoga.

    Is that the yoga meltdown? You could try this site by entering your weight and choosing 'power yoga'.
