Can't figure out how to log this

I have some Jillian Michaels videos that I do but don't log because I have no clue how to. The one that I do the most is called yoga inferno. It is yoga with cardio mixed in. How do you log this?

    I make my own exercise name under "cardio" since that's where you can input a general calorie count.

    Using my HRM I log the time and calories. But I'm learning that my HRM overestimates the calories so I'm tapering them down.

    I would log it as Circuit Training and log about 2/3 of the total length. 20 minutes for a 30 minute DVD etc.

    This! Shorten the time because MFP gives "generous" calorie burns. HRMs are better for steady state cardio

    This site calls Yoga Inferno circuit training (a combo of cardio + strength)
