Two calorie counts and mfp
Another newbie reading the book. So, I have my calorie counts for workout and non-workout days (1836 and 1575). How do you keep track of that in mfp? Do you manually change it for each day? I'm not aware of being able to use different counts for, say, MWF vs TThS. What do you do? Thanks!

Anyone with improved posture?
I've always had a problem with slouchy shoulders, even when I was lighter and fitter. I'd love to see what weight loss and exercise have done for your posture, so if you have pictures, please share!
