Low sodium tortilla?
Is there an option for a tortilla low in sodium? I want to still have them at least on occasion but but the sodium levels in all the tortillas I have seen are ridiculous. Is there a low(er) sodium brand? Or does anyone even have a recipe to make them?

Changing weigh in time?
I have been weighing in at nap time because that is when I could do it. But my son is now sleeping later and I can do it in the morning. I know this will have an effect on my weight. Do I change my weight on here to what the scale reads or just adjust for amount of weight lost? I dont want my numbers to take a sudden…

What exactly counts as strength training?
I am trying to start doing more than just cardio. I have started some light weight routines. But I also want to do more for my abs, are those strength? Or do weights have to be included to count as strength? I am completely new to this stuff sorry if I seem like an idiot here.

What is really worth spending $$ on?
I have some extra money and was sure I would spend it on a HRM. But now I am looking at all the different HRMs I cannot decide what to get. It is all sooo confusing. I am losing weight very well without one so maybe its not necessary after all. Is there anything else that is a "must have"?

Weights?
I have 1.5, 3 and 15 pound weights. I want to use them to help me tone up, don't wanna look like a body builder just toned. But I have no idea where to start with them. Are there any DVDs, netflix or online workouts for this? I seriously do not even know where to start with this.

Best food choices when you need calories?
I keep having days where I am way under even 1200 calories net. I am eating plenty but a lot of low calorie meals and snacks. I LOVE my 4 fast miles Leslie Sansone dvd. But its starting to get monotonous. I was thinking of getting a different Leslie dvd but am wondering if the workouts are any different. I dont want to buy one if its the same routines over and over. Any info about other dvds would be great.

Pain in arch of my foot?
I had a hard time getting through my workout today due to pain in the arch of my foot. Its not like a sharp charlies horse type pain, just like the muscle is constantly flexed. Its really uncomfortable and the more I tried to do the worse it got. Any thoughts on what it is and how to treat it?

I feel like right now I spend all day and night just thinking about what I am or will eat, how to work out that day etc. When does it stop feeling like work and become your every day life?

Dieting causing headaches?
I am waking up with headaches and cannot seem to get rid of them throughout the day. I am still drinking coffee so no change in caffeine (stopped drinking soda almost 6 months ago). Seriously only 166 calories burned?!
I just attempted jogging for the first time in almost a year after knee trouble. Well the first time outside anyway, been doing wii fit free run but obviously very different. I walked a bit but still completed a mile in about 12.5 min. I logged it and only got 166 cals burned. This just seems soooo low. Boo

Log calories for Leslie Sansone workouts
I am not sure how to log my calories for my 4 fast & firm miles DVD. My pedometer says 175 calories burned but all it picks up on is my leg movement not all the arm movements and resistance band add-ins. I don't have nor do I have the money for a HRM. Any ideas? thanks in advance.
