Anything out there similar to 30 DS? Sounds like a good workout but I cannot stand JM.

I started the 30ds today....I have to say, it's pretty good. She's not really annoying to me though.

I have been doing the KettleworX 6 week body makeover since Jan 14th or so. I did 6 weeks - and then another 4 weeks - (with a couple do over weeks) and LOVED it. Just switched it up today because I need to diversify my routine.

Biggest Loser workouts are similar. You just have to watch out for ones with Jillian in them, lol. I'm sure Bob Harper's are VERY similar, considering they've worked together for so long and probably have the same techniques by now.

I have two of her dvds (Straight to Core and Xtreme Timesaver), and love them both.

After the first 3 or 4 times you can do it on mute with your own music cranking. It is fairly easy to memorize and just glance up to make sure you are still on the same segment. Just use the TV to keep on track but don't listen!

This is what I did. I found that it was much easier to get through once I had my own music on and didn't have to listen to Jillian anymore.

I've been working out on some of the fitness shows on my On Demand channel (through my cable provider). Chris Freytag
is one of the one's I've been doing. She's not too annoying! ;O)
I found myself turning the volume down on Level 1 with 30DS. It helped!

LOL, I thought I was the only one who felt like this. I love the part where she says, "If you feel like you're going to die,...." I always end with, "You probably will." Only because by the time she says that, I literally feel like I'm going to die and I'm tired of her telling me what to do. I actually never made it 30 days w/ her before. The most I think was 20 days. I would like to try again, but I started Active 2 for PS3, and I love that (don't know if you have a game system though). I've only been doing it for about a week, but I actually look forward to doing it. Most workouts are 30-45 minutes long, depending on the setting you choose (easy, medium, hard). You can customize your own workout, do a 9 week program (different workout set everyday), or do another preset workout. They even have time saver workouts that are 10 and 15 minutes long. I'd suggest looking it up if you think you might be interested in it. I actually only picked it up because it was on sale at Walmart. :) I'm happy with my purchase so far.
