how to get the weight progress banner to show up?
Seems like most people here have a progress banner at the bottom of their posts that shows how much weight they have lost...how do you get this to show up?

Did you keep or get rid of your fat clothes?
Starting to develop a collection of clothes that no longer fit...(too big thankfully) I've been up and down in my weight the past 15 years or so, with a waist size ranging from 33 to 42. In light of that I am tempted to keep my "fat clothes" , even though I think this time I am going to keep the weight off for good..

Possible to eat healthy cheaply?
Over the past 6 weeks I have gone from eating 100% pre-packaged foods (ranging from various frozen dinners, frozen veggies to spaghetti), to eating 95 % fresh meats and veggies.. How many carbs are too many?

Deducting fiber from veggie carbs?
I just found out that you can deduct fiber from veggie carbs...i.e. veggie dish with 20 gr total carbs, 6 of which are from fiber, leaves you with 14 grams of carbs total... Does MFP automatically make this calculation when you enter in your meals?
