Waking up too late for breakfast.
On the weekends I tend to stay out later and sleep until noon. Should I eat lunch foods or breakfast foods when I wake up? Also should I just have more calories in one of the meals, add more snacks or try to get in all three meals plus a few snacks? OR does it not really matter at all? Thanks.

I can't get enough calories in a day.

Orange Juice Problem
Any suggestions for an alternative to orange juice. I have heard it is bad to drink, but I don't drink coffee so I usually do one cup of Simply orange juice because I need some flavor after I wake up. Are there any healthy O.J. brands or other jucies that are better for you? Thankyou.

Any suggestions for losing cellulite?
Are there any exercises that can specifically target the fat cells that cause cellulite? I have tried Cellu Sculpt from avon, but it barely helps. I do a lot of exercises that target my glutes as well, but the cellulite is still there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
