Eating out and healthy

Options
I don't always have time to make meals from scratch and have to grab something out or want to go out to eat with friends. What are some healthy dishes you have found at different places?(Preferably chain restaurants that are common everywhere.)

Breakfast: IHOP- SIMPLE & FIT Strawberry Banana Waffle Combo, McDonalds- Fruit and Yogurt Parfait.
Lunch: Chick Fil A- Char grilled Chicken Sandwich(no pickles), Subway -Turkey on wheat, veggies, light mayo, no cheese.
Dinner: Any Sushi restaurant- rainbow roll and salad with ginger dressing,

McDonald's Southwest grilled chicken salad, fruit and yogurt parfait--It's around 500 calories, including the dressing
    Chili's Chicken Margarita--I believe it's around 500 calories
Applebee's has the meals under 550 calories, which are all quite good.

KFC has grilled chicken that is DELICIOUS, tastes like it was just grilled outside. Popeye's has a few different meals that are 300 calories or about there. I had naked chicken tenders there the other night, and they were yum! Can get those with a side of green beans, and a piece of bread, for 300 calories.
