Good time for Gym? AM or PM?
I'd like to know if it makes a difference going to the gym in the morning or at night.. I'm new to this (started the gym last week) and I can only go at night ..around 7PM (after dinner) Some of my friends tell me it is best to go before you even eat breakfast to burn your fat and not what you just ate... what are the best snack options without them being veggies/f
Hi everyone, I do eat some veggies/fruits in my day, but often don't find it very filling.. Do any of you have suggestions of good snacks I could eat that have low calorie and sugar?? Thanks =) Jenn

alternative to a sandwich for lunch?
I find that a salad or a soup don't fill me up enought to go on for more than 30 minutes most of the time...I am used to having a sandwich and carrotts for lunch....any of you know good FILLING alternatives? I'm trying to cut on carbs.. Thanks =)

Hi, I am pretty new to this. I have a quick question...is the 1200 cal/day for everyone? I am 5'10 and I don't think it should be the same calorie count for someone who is 5'10 and someone who is 5'2, but am not sure.... please let me know =)
