MMA style workouts
I was struggling for the first six months of my fitness journey to see any significant difference in fat loss until I started doing boxing, kickboxing, agility ladder drills, step aerobics and elliptical intervals all in a circuit style workout. Amazing to see myself shrinking. I just wish I would have known this sooner!

Down 27lbs so far and although I still have a long way to go to reach my goal I am excited to see the difference! The picture is February 2016 starting my journey to September 2016 current. I have over 100lbs to lose still but hoping i can motivate someone!

How do YOU get over a plateau?
So I've been stuck at a plateau for the last couple of weeks. I switched up my workout to more cardio & boxing. I try to stay within calorie range. And I work out 5 days a week for around 45 mins. What do YOU do to get over a plateau? In need of some ideas

Dont want to eat back the calories I burned
I feel like I worked too hard to burn off all those calories during my workout, why would I want to eat them back? I really don't want to. I need the scale to move. Anyone else feel the same? What have your results been like?

Carbs= frenemy
When trying to shed fat (I have over 100lbs to lose) how many grams of carbs should one eat per day? I try to stick to whole grain carbs but any little bit gets me bloated and I easily retain water weight.
