MMA style workouts

I was struggling for the first six months of my fitness journey to see any significant difference in fat loss until I started doing boxing, kickboxing, agility ladder drills, step aerobics and elliptical intervals all in a circuit style workout. Amazing to see myself shrinking. I just wish I would have known this sooner!
