Doing 1520 cals and although I'm hungry I feel like I'm eating too much??? Why? Anyone else?

I struggle with the same problem because I've always been used to dieting meaning that I barely eat and I definitely do eat enough to ever feel full.
But that's the wrong way. Your body needs to be nourished in order to run. If you are seeing loss (and give it a few weeks before you make any decisions) then there's no reason to punish yourself with your diet.1 -
Are you logging your exercise and eating back calories, and do you have your activity level correctly set? Also, even though you have a really big weight loss goal, you might find 1 lb/week a lot more sustainable and less miserable.
I started out at 270 lbs in Nov 2014. I'm now at 175 in July 2016. My goal is 165, so a total loss of 105 lbs (very similar to your goal). For me, losing 1 lb/week turned out to be a really sustainable balance that didn't leave me constantly starving.1 -
I found that if I don't get at least 7hrs of sleep, don't drink enough water or don't eat enough protein I too get hungrier.2

Maybe look for the foods that satisfy you and make you feel full, that way you can eat fewer calories and not feel hungry. I found that for me there were certain foods that just made me want to eat more, and I pretty much stopped eating them, and things got better for me.1

is that an MFP number or TDEE calculation? you could stand to eat a bit more protein and fat on some days, that might help, plus you should be eating back exercise cals if you use MFPs numbers.2 -
Felt that way before but after eat cucumber as snack feel much fuller. Hee.1

Try rearranging your diet so that you are getting more:
-protein
-fiber
-fat
-liquid/water
These are the things that will help you with satiety.
A quick glance at your diary makes me think that you might need more protein and more veggies for bulk. You could also try subbing high-fiber fruits for dessert-type foods. A cup of raspberries or blackberries will keep you MUCH fuller than a brownie or a caramel rice cake and they are both in season right now.
You are also eating a fair amount of processed food. While there is nothing necessarily *wrong* with processed food, (and Morningstar Farms sausages are yummy!) some people find that they stay fuller on fewer calories if they eat more things that are whole or homemade. Just something to consider.4
