Has anyone heard of the 5:2 diet? If so, have you tried it? If so, did it work? Is it bad to effectively starve yourself for 2 days a week? Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance..... ????

Metabolism and Spices
Hi, I was wondering if it is true that if you eat spicy food it increases your metabolism and thus increases the rate at which you can lose weight.... I'm just asking because I like spicy food and I need another excuse to eat it!

Tasty Salad Dressing - I need a recipe!!
Normally I would drown salad in mayonnaise... Obviously not a good idea if you want to loose weight.... Any ideas about what I can use? I love spicy things like wasabi, sweet chili sauce.... I'm also a celiac so it can't be something that contains wheat.... I'll be greatful for any suggestions!

Hi! I joined curves on Tuesday, and have now done two workouts! I think I'm going to really enjoy it.... Is anyone else a curves member and how do you feel about it? Any tips from anyone about doing a great workout whilst I'm there??
