Is a bad workout really better than none at all?
I see this online a lot , but whenever I ahve a workout that I just dont feel I gave it my all in I just feel bad for the rest of the day. DO you believe that a bad workout day is better than none ?

Rest Days
Hey guys For the past 2 weeks , I was working out decently during the week, and resting on either Saturday or Sunday. I think I'm making the mistake of doing nothing on Sunday. It feels weird not doing anything on rest days. So I'll humble myself to you guys. What do you do on your rest days?
