I've been doing Turbo Jam for several months. I'm wanting to move on to another program. I'm leaning towards Turbo Fire. How is it similar/different? I am also considering Piyo and Chalene Extreme. Any recommendations?

As I've gotten more active and intensified my running my nutritionist is helping me fuel my body to be able to run optimally. vegan chocolate shakeology
Has anyone tried the vegan chocolate shakeology? How is the taste? I am lactose intolerant and think in regular protein shakes there is too much milk protein for my stomach to take even with a Lactaid pill.

ft4 vs. ft7
I'm looking into the Polar ft4 and ft7. What are the differences? I can see that the ft7 holds by far more workouts. Other than that, what else are you paying for, for the ft7?

TD Bank & Fitbit Flex deal?
Has anyone gotten a Fitbit Flex by opening a checking and savings at TD Bank? Or has anyone looked into it? My husband really wants to upgrade from the Zip and is considering this option. Do you think you can easily close the account soon after?

Zip battery life
I got my Zip at the very beginning of September. I've changed the battery 3 times. And it showed low battery again today. Is it common to have battery life of about a month?

Turbo Jam?
I found Turbo Jam DVDs at a consignment shop and am curious what others think of the program? They had the dvds for sale individually so I got the Turbo Sculpt and 20 Minute Workout. I've currently been doing 30ds. How does it compare? And should I go back to get Cardio Party? Tia!

Macros changing, help?
My nutritionist has me watching my carb intake (130-180). I have carbs set to 40% giving me my daily goal of 150. When I look back at past days the goal number is not 150, but other random numbers. So I guess my question is, do the macros change based on the exercise you've done that day? Tia!

I have a 60 Beat heart rate monitor and am trying to use it properly. I had it all attached and connected to the app on my phone. I went for a walk and thought I had it connected to Map My Walk. At the end of 3.5 miles (1 hr 1mins) the hrm app said I burned about 700 calories while Map My Walk said about 500. Now,…
