My nutritionist has me watching my carb intake (130-180). I have carbs set to 40% giving me my daily goal of 150. When I look back at past days the goal number is not 150, but other random numbers.
So I guess my question is, do the macros change based on the exercise you've done that day? Tia!

Yes they do. When you workout, you allow yourself more calories and therefore they adjust the macro target in order to give you the correct percentage for each one!0
