Fitness and Exercise
If you are doing an exercise plan during this challenge time feel free to talk about it here. I just felt like sharing that last night I did the "hanging leg raise" machine where you balance your body on your elbows and lift your legs up straight to a 90 degree position. Wow, was that ever harder than I expected. I only…

Today is weigh-in day! If you feel like sharing anything about this week's weight check post it here. Knees get warm after exercise
I have recently started exercising three weeks ago. Basic 5x5 weightlifting and some kettlebell swings. This week I added some walking, jogging and a bit of running on the treadmill. Never more than 30 minutes. Usually 10-20 minutes only. After my jogs my knees get quite warm feeling and they feel sort of "tired out" the…

Don't want to be a fat wife
I know that some people might have a problem with the ideas of women gaining weight in a marriage. Does it matter or doesn't it matter? Is it just superficiality? Many women seem to think they deserve unconditional love from their husband no matter what happens. So... What about when a woman gains a lot of weight and her…

Enter and search using Korean?
I was wondering if anyone knew if those of us who are English speakers can actually search for foods using Korean letters and spelling? I know that we can create and enter using Korean but I am not sure about searching. It never seems to work when I try to search using Korean.

Going to the gym in Korea
What are you experiences with going to the gym in Korea? Do you sign up for the typical Health Club? Take classes exercise at home? I find going to the health club alone somewhat intimidating and I always feel watched...even if that isn't the case. It just isn't very fun for me at all...

Saving frequent foods - confused
Is there any way that I can save the foods on a list that I will often be entering. It seems like the "frequent" list saves every single food. Whenever I try to find "Apple" I have to start from square one and search through the entire list of every food imaginable that has the word "apple" in it. Am I just doing it wrong?
