Chicken Breast Weight
Hey, I'm trying to eat a low card/high protein diet. I am doing a fair bit of chicken breasts. I do noticed that the weight of my chicken goes down by about 25% when I cook them (mostly water I guess). So is the calories I find on this site for it post or pre-cooked? Which one should I do?

Hey, I'm starting on my diet/workout plan and I have found that my weight can go up and down by 3-4lbs during the day. Is this normal?
