Intermittent Fasting, 2 months in
This is just a progress status. Started IF (LeanGains Protocol) on Aug 6th. October 6th was 2 months in. 1st pic is Day 0 on left, Day 30 on right (sorry the pics are crappy, my Blackberry sucks). 2nd pic is Day 61.
