Sensationalistic title to get people to read. But that is the case with 99% of all articles. What I loved about it was that it pointed out common sense issues which are completely lacking in the world of fitness these days.

That 2nd meal plan was delicious looking.

I'd call that 2nd meal plan 'clean'.

IIFYM is something to be applied *after* you've hit your micronutrients goals, not before/instead.

well IIFYM does not mean you eat what you want.

You should set up your daily intake with IIFYM so that is also hits other goals as well.....

Well exactly. You can eat clean on IIFYM if you want. Tbh if you're not eating some 'clean' foods you're probably failing to get your micros in anyway, which defeats the whole point of IIFYM.

Poor article, should be titled 'Eating an extremely restrictive diet is unhealthy'. Less catchy, more accurate.

Nowhere in the article did the author claim that eliminating processed foods from one's diet is unhealthy. That would be stupid.
