I'm looking for yummy flax seed recipes. I don't currently have any flax oil, but I have whole and ground. Does counting calories bum you out?
I'm sure it can't just be me that gets bummed out at the thought of counting calories for the rest of my life... I have had success maintaining weight with "intuitive eating," which is what I'd like to do once I reach my goal weight. What about you? Do you really plan on counting calories for the rest of your life?
