I don't know about online but Sports Authority carries them, too :) I actually snagged a couple pairs at Marshalls for like, $10 apiece! I don't know if you have Marshalls/Tjmax near you but mine are always stocked full of nike stuff... luck me :)

Its different from person to person. I'm ravenous after a workout but other people get sick if they eat right away. The key is listening to your body-- it knows better than scientists do about what is beneficial to your health!

I will have to adjust what time I get up and go because parking and machines fill up SO FAST come resolution season. My gym opens at 5:45 and I'm usually in by 6:05 but I have to get there when doors open! Things start to thin out by February or so which is sad for them but nice for me :)

Thanks @Tilran. I've read various arguments about protein intake for women and men and goals etc. and most of it contradicts one another! Its always difficult to sort out what info is correct, so its nice to get some insight!

Thanks for your contribution! My original intent was to find a protein powder that was low cal/high protein that tasted good in water, but the points you brought up are definitely a secondary concern. People get up in arms about health and wellness because it is a truly personal thing but I don't think that needs to happen…

I aim for 1g per lb of body weight which puts me at 120 g and my calories are set at 1300 for weight loss. The real issue is that I don't eat a lot of meat and absolutely no fish. I love nuts but they are pretty calorie dense as well.

I have to read up a bit more to be entirely confident about this but I know that it is almost impossible for me to reach my protein goals while staying under my calorie limit, so I try to supplement with low-calorie protein shakes.

I was rather leaning toward ON's whey because its supposed to be more beneficial for women looking to build muscle but Im might just have to try casein!

I pretty much toss in whatever I have but a word of caution: don't let one bad smoothie put you off forever! Sounds like yours turned out well, and feel free to experiment with different additions! I've found that raw or lightly steamed veggies fill me up quite well and I don't have to limit them like I do some other things! Adding greens with lunch and dinner and some has worked for me.

No need to worry about it. A mass of issues can influence your cycle. If you miss it for 3 or 4 consecutive months, you should see a doctor, but until then, relax and keep on with your weight loss goals!

I started out with 5 lbs and moved up to 8s 11 days in. You should increase in the smallest increments possible for best results. Just change it up when you feel like you're not getting a good workout anymore!
