I need HELP!

I'm looking for someone to help me specifically in getting my diet to a healthy place. If you take a look at my diary, you can see that I have a very hard time reaching my calorie goals. Please be kind as I am recovering from an ED and believe it or not, I am in a much better place mentally than I was last year at this time.
I have read all that a person can about helping your metabolism, and I'm currently adding strength training to my workouts to gain muscle (hopefully) and adding protein to my diet as well. I'm also trying really hard to gradually up my calorie intake to a healthy number, but as I live at home, I really have no say in what food is in the house (read: limited amount of healthy foods).
In summary, I need someone to add to my friends who has experience and/or knowledge in repairing a damaged metabolism. Thanks!
