Abdominal Plank
I didnt see abdominal plank in the exercise databse so I added it to the strength exercises. While you can do sets, there really aren't any reps. I usually time like 1 minute sets. But there is no way to set a time per set.

Too much fiber?
Air pollution potential aside, is too much fiber a bad things? MFP shows a negative if you go over.

Exercise offset for sodium intake
I have been tracking my sodium intake with this site and can see I will never make the limit. Since you lose electrolytes when you sweat,shouldn't there be a sodium offset for exercise.
