Abdominal Plank

I didnt see abdominal plank in the exercise databse so I added it to the strength exercises. While you can do sets, there really aren't any reps. I usually time like 1 minute sets. But there is no way to set a time per set.

    I don't count everything i do, it would drive me crazy. But i love planks and getter better everday .
  • LOG IT UNDER THE CARDIO....USE A HEART RATE MONITOR TO DO THE CALORIES!!!!!

    A heart rate monitor will probably over estimate the calories for planks. Their equations assume full body cardio exercise, which a plank isn't. Having said that, I don't think many people would hold a plank for longer than a minute or two, so anything between 5-10 calories / min as an estimate isn't going to make much difference to your overall workout.
