Calories in VS Calories out
Question for everyone: My indicated calories for each day are 1590. If I workout and burn 500 calories (I do ChaLean Extreme and Brazil Butt Lift) in a day, my net calories would be 1090. However, MFP increases the amount of calories for me to eat to 2090. Should I eat those extra 500 calories to make sure my body has the…
