Entering Chalean Extreme workouts

Hey everyone,

Can you tell me how you enter the workouts for the Burn, Push, and Lean phases along with Burn Intervals, Burn It Off!, Recharge, Extreme Abs, and Ab Burner??

    I wear my heart rate monitor and I just enter the different days as either strength training or general aerobics and include the time and calories burned. In the notes field I enter the exercise I did and the percentage of calories burned from fat. This is just how I've decided to keep track for my own purposes.
