sweet potato calories?
I can't find any accurate calorie count for sweet potatoes! Some sites say they are 86-90 per 100 gram, another says it's 130 per 100g. I don't know what to trust. I usually eat korean/japanese sweet potatoes.

13,000 calories in the past three days
I've been struggling a lot with binge eating ever since I attempted recovery for anorexia. I used to have massive binges one to two times a WEEK every week. But for the past few months, I've been working so hard to stop restricting and to stop binge eating and I was doing pretty well. I only had one slip up during a…

Relapsed into my ED and now I can't stop binging.
This is my first post on MFP, so hello! This is going to be pretty long, I hope that's okay. I'm 20 years old, female and my BMI was 19 two weeks ago and now it's probably 20 or more, who knows. I'm too afraid to weigh myself. I used to suffer from anorexia nervosa a few years ago and recovered. This year, I've been…

did I really gain weight?
Last weekend, I had around 1600-1800 calories on both days and exercised on Saturday only (just an hour of brisk walking). Then, I avoided weighing myself on Monday because I knew I would have gained some water weight from all that food. But then I weighed myself yesterday, and I'm still 2 pounds heavier than I was on…

is it really that low in calories?
I went to the organic store today and bought these whole wheat noodles. The ingredients say it's made out of whole wheat flour, sea salt and filtered water. It tasted all right.. a bit like salty flour. The thing I'm confused about these noodles is its calories. Each pack provides four squares (each square is one 55 gram…

anyone experienced binge eating due to restrictive diet?
I don't know if my binge eating is due to emotional reasons, but it definitely started after I relapsed into my restrictive eating disorder. So I'm guessing that COULD be the reason. Ever since I upped my intake, I've been binging a lot less. But I still binge. And I'm terrified that I may never stop binging. Has anyone…

calories in vermicelli
(I apologize for my rotten english!) I bought these instant vermicelli noodle soup things and according to the nutritional label, it's 200 calories per 55 gram. I'm wondering if that's true though? Because after cooking it in water, I got a LOT of noodles. It can't be just 200 calories for that much of noodles, can it? Do…

I wish I'd never tried to more weight (on binging) - TW!
I hope this doesn't end up a really long post! I apologize in advance if it does. I'd been overweight before and lost the weight in a healthy way without really trying. I was at a perfectly healthy weight when I started counting calories and exercising obsessively, because I thought I needed to lose more weight. I…

how long does it usually take to lose binge weight?
I had a 5000 calorie binge on Friday and ate around 2500 on Saturday. I weighed myself today and noticed that I've gained around 4.5 pounds. I usually don't weigh myself for at least two weeks after a binge, but I couldn't resist because I've been feeling so bloated. Sigh. I want to go back to my pre-binge weight and I'm…

sweating a lot during cardio
Is it bad to sweat a LOT during cardio? I cycle on the stationary bike - low intensity in an air-conditioned gym and within 12 minutes I'm drenched in sweat. I'm not even exaggerating, I sweat so much so quickly, it's embarrassing. Is it a sign of someone being unfit or something?

Never feeling full.
I'm recovering from an eating disorder right now and I'm at a healthy BMI 20 but I still don't have my periods. Female. 20. Ever since I relapsed, my hunger/fullness cues have been messed up. I don't feel much physical hunger, but I'm mentally hungry all the time. And when I do eat, I never feel full. I'd feel the same if…

Thoughts on YourEatopia?
I was informed of this website by some people on here and I was wondering if it's a reliable website? There's a lot of write up on some stuff that I'm struggling with at the moment, especially how I've started binge eating since beginning recovery for my eating disorder despite being at a healthy BMI. The author of the…

Toning / cardio while trying to maintain weight?
Hi! I'm currently at BMI 20 (trying to gain a bit more to regain my periods after losing them due to an eating disorder). I'm a bit confused as to how workouts... well, work. Currently, all I do is 30 minutes of cycling, Mondays til Fridays. I also do 60 squats every morning. I really want to build some lean muscle and…
