I can't find any accurate calorie count for sweet potatoes! Some sites say they are 86-90 per 100 gram, another says it's 130 per 100g. I don't know what to trust.

I usually eat korean/japanese sweet potatoes.

that's how i was counting it, but there are some websites that state that they're 130 per 100 grams, so i'm quite confused.

It's always going to vary a bit. If you took 100 g of sweet potato from several different potatoes and measured the calories, they would all be slightly different. And if the potatoes were from different growing regions and/or seasons, the difference would likely be even greater. It's all just averages.

Here is a non-asterisk entry for sweet potato, raw that tracks with the USDA Food List.

Sweet potato - Raw, unprepared (Sweetpotato)

    86kcal/100g
