Insurance approval
Hi everybody, I'm considering getting the vsg procedure done. I'm a little concerned about getting approved by my insurance. I meet the bmi but I'm super healthy, I'm just chunky so I feel like I will be denied. Does anybody any advice or experiences that could share with me about getting insurance approval? Thank you!

A way to save calories!
I like dip with my veggies!. Most people do, but using light sour cream to make the dip isn't quite the same. I recently discovered that if you mix a ranch packet in with plain Greek yogurt you not only save in calories but it tastes almost exactly like full fat sour cream dip. Yay!

Low cal products
I came across a product called "Joseph's" they make lavash bread and pitas. They are really low in calories only 45kcal per pita and 50kcal per half a lavash. You can find it at Walmart. It's a staple in my quest for weight loss. Try it!
