I have seen a lot of debate on what is a correct method on weight loss and eating as well as debates on diets and whether they work or not. I also see disagreements on what is a healthy way and what isn't. To each is their own but overall health is most important and no matter what you do. Always do research to make sure it isn't harming you. Whether it is talking to your doctor or exploring medical journals, finding accurate information is imperative. Just to help people along I'm posting a link for the American Dietetic Associations position on weight management. Their information is well researched and unbiased. This will hopefully clear the air about a few things but either way I wish you all good luck!
