Synthroid and vitamins....
So I confess that I am an Emergen C addict. I take 2 of them a day....typically in the morning. However I am wondering if that is too close to the time I take my pill and wonder if I need to move that to the afternoon. Any thoughts?

Can you adjust your macros on MFP?
I'm rather new to TDEE and Macros and I know a lot of people are tracking to their macros that they get from other sites. Can you adjust the macros that are provided in MFP or do you track those separately. Also....I would love to know what site you use to calculate your macros. Thanks in advance for your assistance!! :)

T3 and T4 numbers are good...TSH is low
i have been on 112 mcg synthroid for a while and thought I had finally stabilized....however my endo has informed me that my TSH is now low so he wants to see me in 2 months instead of 3. Aug numbers: T4 1.12 T3 2.48 TSH 1.660 Nov numbers: T4 .96 T3 2.80 TSH .170 Not sure what happened. Katie

So I tend to eat out with friends often...some places have calories listed...but others do not. I can "sometimes" find the restaurant and item in the MFP database...but more often I cannot. So I oftentimes have to put in components or the "closest item" that I can find. However that means that those entries are best…
