I've seen it time and time again....people who use very negative words to describe themselves and their weight loss. One of the most important things we can do for ourselves is be our own advocate...to understand, appreciate and love ourselves for the people we are and to recognize that as long as we are breathing...we are able to grow and change how we view ourselves. No one will ever be able to love us enough, until we learn to love ourselves. I am not talking about being Narcissistic or denying your faults...but having faults does not change the fact that you are loveable and worthy. It also does not influence the impact you can have on this world.
So the next time you find yourself getting down on yourself...please remember that you are worthy, loveable and your story isn't written yet...just start a new page.
